Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 July 2026
What Dugnad is
Dugnad is a shared household organiser: lists, tasks, recipes, appointments and reminders. It is provided for personal, household use.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
- You must be at least 13 to create an account.
- Household owners control who joins their household via invite links. Treat invite links like keys.
Fair use
The AI-powered recipe features run on paid services, so they carry daily allowances per person. Attempting to bypass allowances, using the AI features for anything other than food and recipes, or abusing the service in ways that harm other users may lead to your account being suspended or closed.
Your content
What your household puts into Dugnad belongs to your household. We only use it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service and liability
Dugnad is provided as-is, without warranties. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Recipe content is fetched from third-party websites; always use your own judgement with ingredients, allergies and cooking safety.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Dugnad evolves; significant changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@dugnad.co.uk
